I lead cleared Agile delivery with adoption planned from the first sprint, and I own the Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint platforms the work runs on.

Most recently, as delivery lead for the Navy’s OPNAV-GPT, I coordinated 10+ workstreams to scale a secure AI capability from a 250-user pilot to more than 7,200 users across NIPR and SIPR. The figures below are public-safe and rounded down, and each links to the case study behind it.
